X4338 Daryl Spencer received his B.S. in engineering physics from the University of Tulsa in May 2010. He is currently working towards his M.S./PhD. in electrical engineering at the University of California, Santa Barbara working on ultra low loss waveguides and high Q ring resonators.
Daryl has been awarded a Holbrook Foundation Fellowship through the Insitute for Energy Efficiency (2010-2011) and a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship (2011-2014).
