(805) 893-7990 Matthew Sysak was born in Smithtown NY in 1976. He received a B.S.
degree from The Pennsylvania State University in chemical engineering
in 1998, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of California
Santa Barbara in 2001 and 2005 respectively.
Matthew currently works in the Photonics Technology Labs at Intel
Corporation where his interests include III-V and silicon integration
for novel optoelectronic devices.
He is a member of is a member of the IEEE, and The Optical Society of
America (OSA).
